A Special Wedding
and Reception
After working on bridal showers and weddings for others, in
1998, I began planning a special wedding and reception. It
was my own! We decided to get married in an 800-year-old
Swedish castle on an island (Oland) in the Baltic Sea
(Photo right). We spent a year planning every detail of the
wedding and large reception. A brunch reception was held
at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing, Minnesota, six weeks
after returning from Sweden.
